Am using Techno l9 plus and anytime the 3G is on it will have no network have try downloading lot of things i saw on this forum but not working kindly assist me.

Have you tried flashing the L9 Plus NVRAM backup @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13992.html ?

i downloaded, nvram, mediatek USB driver and miracle 2.27a and start button wont highlight to be click

Thanks have been able to work on the start button, as i was trying to do it, it saying >>Error set: patti

you need to flash +preloader
backup your current firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
copy preloader from your backup to the same location as nvram file
flash preloader + nvram to avoid set patti error
