TECNO K7 FLASH PROBLEM

I was flashing a tecno k7 cause it showed different colours sometimes on the screen. i have the flash files from another working phone with the same build number after flashing still the same problem then i tried using sp flash tool format and download it just did the format but didnt download now when i try to flash with nck box it says.. Selected Model: 0-By CPU: ELBRUS
Exe version: NCKBox AndroidMTK 1.8.9.8
Scenario: [1]Full Flash
Reinsert phone battery.
Battery must be charged.
Phone must be off with battery inside.
Please insert USB cable now...
Detected : MediaTek USB Port (COM60)
Boot mode: Brom
BBCHIP: 6580 0 ca00

Scatter file loaded, not need emmi.

What was your build number?
How did you get the backup?

try flashing only lk.bin for your phone's build @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20510.html , if the problem persist then you can try the lk.bin for other builds firmware.

Try using the latest version of SP flash tool and attach a screenshot of the error message
