Today morning the alarm went on and was not getting dismissed so I switched off the phone and later on when I switched it on, it was stuck at the Booting screen. The XOS Hummingbird Logo is running but its not going ahead from there. Plus when I tried Factory Rest pressing the volume down and Power button, it just has Factory Reset written on top left corner and no other option. Please help me as to find the solution for this.

try factory resetting using recovery mode (vol up + power button)
