what you tried before according to your first post @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-267...#pid161097 is v2.58
if you say you've also tried v2.82, then try

backup firmware from the phone using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
using the scatter file you obtain from the backup, format only userdata partition using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html
