Uc browser always restart when minimize

Anytime, I tried minimizing UC browser and go back to the browser, it restarts. Android oreo 8.0

this usually happen on a 1GB RAM phones.
What's your phone's RAM size?
Do you experience this issue with other apps or only on UC browser?

You have to ask developers of the app because that app crashing ui, not a phone problem. 

Might be a permission problem.
try cleaning cache (setting-storage-cache) and app cache then check

your phone might have a task or ram manager
check your phone for such app or feature and if available, then add UC browser to whitelist
