what was wrong with the phone before formatting it? 
did you take note of the phone's build no?

im using version SP Flash Tool Version v5.1844

how did you format the phone in your first post, using SP flash tool?
try dumping firmware from the phone using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

I went to Format> clicked on the radio button AUTO FORMAT FLASH
> clicked on the radio button FORMAT WHOLE FLASH EXCEPT BOOTLOADER

if no, try looking for a different firmware; you can try these if you havent done so already

Try flashing only preloader.bin . Let me know what happens
