what's wrong with the phone and how did the problem start?
have you tried loading the scatter file on sp flash tool and see if it works?
also attach the screenshot of the error, let's see.

attach a full screenshot of the error message
also attach a screenshot of the contents of the firmware you're trying to flash clearly showing the scatter file name
