No i don't have stock ROM tried to make a backup with MTK droid tool didn't work.

Backup the phone's firmware using the latest version of miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html or try wwr_mtk tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html

Note: only miracle box labelled with [Loader] works without the box/dongle

if you're going to try miracle box, use v2.82 as its only version that might support the chipset of your device

also, have you tried the wwr_mtk tool method?
