Itel S32 on bootloop. The phone was not used for 3 months, after an overnight charge of the battery the phone is bootlooping. The recovery also contains root integrity check, I'm not sure if its rooted. Pls see photo. Phone is not recognized on PC it is only charging. I downloaded the firmware from Itel website but cannot flash because the phone is not detected. Any help will be appreciated.

Try wiping the phone as @emmanus suggested.
Did you properly install vcom drivers?
Did you download the firmware for your phone's exact build no?

First thing I checked was recovery and was happy I could get into recovery. It was shortly lived as factory reset does absolutely nothing. I have done it many times, no change.

Drivers were installed correctly and other phones do work with MTK drivers on same PC.
On Itel website there is only one firmware file for this model.

I would like to know if the usb port (D+,D- Pins) of your phone is working or not.(for detection issue)
Do you hear any kind of tone when connecting to pc

Did you allow the device for sometime after the factory reset, as first boot takes considerably longer.....up to 5mins on some devices.

try downloading this firmware @ https://mega.nz/#!LK5lUKwQ!PRJk1LkOSTo5m...PapOuiUock ; its the same build number as yours judging by the build number on your recovery screenshot. can't say if its passworded or not
