my phone got brick on installing twrp recovery on my tecno y2. so i need stock rom for my build number which is (TECNO/Y2-H721-A2-KK-20160418).but i dont know if i can install the one closer to my build number

very important, backup the current firmware from the phone using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
then you can try flashing boot, recovery and system.img from either
