Firstly try to root your phone then use kernel auditor or similar apps

Custom kernel are actually modified stock kernel and they are device specific too (you can say)
You can find it, if anybody has created for your device

google search but you still need kernel source code for your device which i doubt you'll find anywhere, not even from the manufacturer website
