Please need help. A friend of mine has a Konrow phone. She tried switching it on but unintentionally pressed both power on and volume up button. Now the phone when switched on ask for email verification but the initially used email is forgotten.
Please can someone help me to bypass that or better yet, unlock it. Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

State the full model of the phone Konrow xxxxx. E.g Samsung N900 or Huawei G750
Give more info about the phone.

I did not check and right now, I cannot boot into hone screen to check. It requests for email verification when switched on.
I tried with sp flash tool but it did not detect it so I guess it is spd

Thanks for the replies. She has sent it to a repairer for repair so it is now fixed
