Strange- -- even the owner brand is printed on front or back panel/cover of phones

Switch the phone off and connect it to your PC. Check what it is detected as in your device manager .
You may also hold volume buttons while connecting.



Also, have you tried factory reset from recovery?

You'll need to try the Mediatek, Spreadtrum then Qualcomm tabs to read iinfo. See which one picks
