I am grateful for all who tried to help me I just wanted to till that I went to carlcar " the maintenance agency for the phone " They updated the firmware and the message appeared again at the first time. When asked about it, they said it was a normal file. Previously it wasn't complete updating the file because it can not get the validity and that this is among the reforms in the update.

Note: I do not know why when I installed this version did not work with me. I couldn't be able to get a copy of the firmware from them but they are forbidden to give it to me generally, they are working on a strange program of their own I have not seen or heard about before.

don't install that, it might be a malware posing as a regular android app
try scanning your mobile using at least 3 different anti viruses downloaded from playstore and lets know if any suspicious item is found

try scanning your mobile using at least 3 different anti viruses downloaded from playstore and lets know if any suspicious item is found

I already scanned with more than 10 antiviruses and malware app and they don't find anything . do you know where the apk file downloaded so I can scan the apk on the internet more ?? and why that happen in the first place what asked to install this app ?? that happens even when I hard reset my device and there is no app instaled.

if it happens even after restoring factory settings, the phone is probably infected already
you should flash stock rom. C9 stock rom is listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19281.html ; ensure to download for your exact build number
format and flash using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

Yes look like it's a kind of malware,try resetting your device but backup first.
if the error persists then try to flash stock rom

flash stock rom, check my previous reply for how to
you can confirm the build number of your phone. settings > about phone > build number
