Hi guys when I connect my android phone to PC, I don't see the ports option in device manager. So I don't know whether I need a special kind of USB cable to do it or is it that I have a problem with my pc? Please help. Its Bill russel from Cameroon.

What is the model of your phone?
Have you installed the correct drivers for your phone on your PC?

Yeah I get a connect sound when I plug in the phone. And the phone model is ABTHREE
