I have flashed a stock rom of other device with exactly the same specification(same cpu,gpu, ram and same kernel) everything things working fine except the touch screen showing a cursor like touch pad 
Menu key are working perfectly and also multitouch

Is replacing files from original stock to port system/usr/idc help Or i have do a lot more??

Yes the files from stock rom works....
The touch screen kernel (inside IDC folder)of stock rom is  detect my touch panel as internal.
