either by pulling from another phone like @shankar1790 suggested or pull from the firmware's system.img or vendor.img
how did you uninstall those apps?
are you able to install fb and messenger but unable to launch the apps OR you can't install at all?

are you able to install fb and messenger but unable to launch the apps OR you can't install at all?
i uninstalled those apps using link2sd without backing up cause i thought im never using fb on my phone (that was stupid), i can install fb and messenger apps just fine but fb app just crashes not even 2 seconds after launch and messenger cant connect to internet even though i have wifi/data connection
i did made a firmware backup before i rooted my phone so maybe i can pull those files from there, but i don't know how to do that, pls help

But how did you made backup of your rom.
Are you used any box or using custom recovery
