It stops on LG logo and when I try to recovery mode, it just show the android robot lying down.

How did the problem start?
did you take note of the phone's build no?

Try: on the lying down screen "hold power button then press vol up button immediately and release both buttons together to proceed into recovery mode"

The owner tried to flash it then wen it failed he donated to his friend, so the friend doesn't know exactly how the owner messed it.

About pressing down power + vol up immediately, nothing happens, tried several combos bt no way thru

power off the phone > Vol Down + Home + Power button
if resetting the phone doesn't work
check for KDZ firmware for your model using the method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-10763.html

download and flash kdz firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12985.html
