which tool did you use to create the nvitem.bin backup? you should be able to restore using the same tool
you'll need a hardware box / dongle (CM2, nck box, etc) to rewrite original IMEI

Finally find the solution.
what i have done to use different versions of research download tool one by one and finally flashed the nvitem.bin in place of lteitem.bin with unchecked all item (except fdl binary) and my imei is restored.
I think the spd factory tool i had used,wrote my imei randomly
This problem occurs only when any flashtool give error bkp_nvitem failed
