hi everyone. please i need assistance. i just got myself Itel A51 smartphone. the internal memory is said to be 16G memory but after installing applications that took almost 90 megabates it ran out of memory. I can no longer install any other applications for lack of space. when i checked the memory left i discovered that the 16G is not decreasing. is like the apps are been installed in the device main memory. At the same time the device is android 6.0 which is suppose to be marshmallow but i see kitkat and i want it running marshmallow. please what could be the problem? thanks in advance

yours might be a clone copy, Itel A51 comes with Marshmallow no way you will see kitkat on it. 
So it happens yours is a clone then the only thing you can do about storage is look for an external sd.

what about flashing with a stock rom? will there be any change at all?

it won't work. they'll be totally incompatible with one another

Okay thanks X3non. Must just leave it the way it is then because iy seems the phone doesn't want to be disturb, just wants to stay the it is now. Even when I try to move app  to system it suddenly kidnap the app.

Okay thanks X3non. Must just leave it the way it is then because it seems the phone doesn't want to be disturb, just wants to stay the way it is now. Even when I try to move app  to system it suddenly kidnap the app.
