Hello,

My Tecno N6S wont start.

Its battery died last week and I put it to charge. After a while i tried to start it but initiated the boot process but did not complete it, instead it goes back and starts the process again but never completes it. If i remove the battery and put it back again it still does the same, it automatically starts the boot process again but does not finish it. 
If i try to charge the battery, the phone vibrates non stop. It's been ten days now.

What to do?

Have you tried factory reset from recovery?
If factory reset doesn't work, then you have to get the power button checked.

Try holding only the vol up key while it bootloops and see if it can boot to recovery mode.
Also, try backing up the phone's firmware in scatter format using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html , let's know it it works.

when you reinsert the battery, the phone powers on even without you pressing down the power button?

If it powers on then try discharging the motherboard, to do this remove the battery and charger/USB cable and connect the positive terminal with the negative terminal for like 20 seconds then disconnect the two terminals and insert the battery then power it on.
