any one to help rest frp on blu grand x lte using nck box...                  
 Selected model: 0-By CPU  MT6737M
 [erase]Action: Reset FRP
 Will be used loader: MTK_AllInOne_DA.bin
 Reinsert phone battery. 
 Battery must be charged.
 Phone must be off with battery inside. 
 Please insert USB cable now...
 Detected : MediaTek USB Port (COM94)
 Boot mode: Brom

Check if you selected a custom preloader on NCK.

If NCK doesn't work for you, then try this;
Use this method https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html to backup the full rom and create your device's specific scatter file.
Use the scatter file and this guide https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html to format only frp partition on the phone.
