first of all thanks for ur effort in this forum 

second I bought 2 devices of Lenovo TB-7304i 
one of them my brother made SP flashing  on the device for frbbybass after that the device dead

I have tried to connect thr damage device to pc but it keeps connect and disconnect every 2 second  while when I connect the other device it is connecting normally 

If the damage device connect normally I cam sp flashing it but not connected 
I have to disconnect the battery ... same situation 

plz help

Were the tabs exactly alike?
What files are in the firmware he used for the bypass?

If the tabs were exactly alike, take a full backup from the working device using this guide https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html and flash the same files he flashed before from the new backup
