disconnect/reconnect the phone's battery then power on the phone or plug to charge for a few hours, if you still can't power it on then you'll have to flash the stock ROM.
Did you take note of the phone's build no?

do you by any chance remember the build number of the phone?

Are you positive that you have the correct drivers installed?

i have installed Mtk drivers, is there any other thing i need to do be it can connect?
