Hello! 

Tecno W5 Hotspot/Bluetooth/WiFi just stop working just like that, I did a factory wipe to the phone, cracked the NVRam location etc but still there was no good outcome, and some of my guys are complaining of this same issue, please what is the way out apart from flashing phone with a stock rom!

flashing the stock ROM is the second to the last option now. 
If after flashing the stock ROM problem persist then it is a hardware problem.
