Please I need your assistance with my infinix Hot 6 PRO, I tried to update it and after update has successufully downloaded, I click to install update but failed and it shown some error message then, I pressed restart from recovery menu and ever since, my phone has refused to boot up, not powering and only showing red light charging indicator.

I have downloaded X608-QL1661ABCDEF-O-180720V19 file and I am getting the failed error as shown in the screenshot below

Did you take note of the phone's original build no before the update?

I did not take note of build number since am updating using OTP and I didn't expect to have any of this issue

I have tried to use Miracle Box to flash it but it said that cache.img is missing and I unchecked it from file to flash but it is still saying the same thing

before you try to flash,
boot to recovery mode and see if you can get the build number from the title in recovery mode
or try to backup current firmware from the phone using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25452.html

If there's a cache.img in the rom folder then include it. If not then take note of all the files not flashed (due to the cache error) then flash them one at a time using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26213.html
