secro.img, nvram.bin + nvdata.img
you should look out for those within the stock rom you have

Actually i have official firmware of marshmallows(volte) and lollipop(lte)
So i wanna try to make volte lollipop version

You're unlikely to find NVRAM in the stock rom, only secro. That needs to be extracted from the phone
