[Please help] tecno i3 root/Sptool flash /fastboot flash problem

I have ported twrp but when trying to flash using sp tool, it gives error and when i try to flash using adb it says cant flash in locked state. I checked if my bootloader is unlocked using fastboot getvar unlocked and it gives me the result "unlocked:". How can i flash custom twrp or flash custom boot or flash custom roms?

Backup your phone's firmware using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html or wwr_mtk tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html , let's know once successful.
