how did this network problem begin?
is the network problem affecting both sims or just the one with imei problem?
settings > about phone > baseband --- is baseband unknown?
settings > about phone > status > IMEI info -- attach a screenshot of the contents
have you tried factory resetting or flashing stock RUU?
