Miracle Box displays error when backing up firmware of Tecno Spark 2 32gb ROM.

"Miracle Box has stopped" this comes up immediately after backing up boot.

I tested other phone, it works. Tecno H6, try Tecno w3. It also works... I read about the fix by installing blackberry software. Still it doesn't work. But works on other phones.

Please, what's wrong?

Backup using WWR__Mtk tool, the method doesn't require a box/dongle, see the guide link @ freshtyt's reply.
Also, you can use loader version for NCK box to backup, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-22584.html

Its a hardware, and you do not need it, unless you're a technician, in which case, you can order here https://www.hovatek.com/blog/you-might-h...heres-why/

If you are not a technician, follow Freshtyt's and Innagee's instructions to backup.
