You can also hold the power button for 2 mins, see if it comes on.

Thanks to everyone who have taken his/her time to help me resolve this issue.
Here is how I got my phone back on
1. I open my phone and I removed the wrong battery flex unknowing hoping that it was the battery flexed I removed.
2. Admin sent me a video link on how to remove Infinix Note 4 battery and I follow the step as show in the video. Please note I did not pull out the battery, I only remove the flex. (video link is above I advise to watch first before opening your mobile phone)
3. I plugged in my phone to a wall AC outlet. Please know I did this without inserting the flex back to it's port.
4. After you have plugged in your phone to the wall outlet, then carefully insert back the battery flex to it's port and your phone should make a beep and vibrate and turn on successully.
