I want to root China Mobile A2 M636T Snapdragon 617 MM 6.0.1 then I found  root method for China Mobile A3s Snapdragon 425 Nougat 7.0 use Mi flash to flash twrp recovery.
I need help to port twrp and edit file for Mi flash.

My phone is locked bootloader. I can not flash any image by fastboot command , only Mi Flash can do that. I already try your guide but not success.

Try this (if you can get your phone into EDL mode):
Dump your firmware using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25452.html (skip this if you have stock rom for your model & build)
Grab the boot.img and patch using magisk @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html
Flash the patched boot using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-26213.html
