Was preloader the only partition modified(formatted)?
How did you remove the preloader?
What is the condition of the phone now? Is it totally dead?

Do you remember your build number?
Can you get any other NOKIA 3 (TA-1032) around you?
If you can, you have to read preloader only from it and flash to your device.

2. There is a backup from my smartphone BOOT 1 and USER
3.Requests the .auth file

Was the backup before the phone went bad or after?
If it was from before, then use this guide https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html to create just preloader.bin and flash it to your phone using software download tool https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23708.html

I have already done this. I have Preloader.bin, but it does not flash. Requires an .auth file

this is the reason why you shouldn't format mtk secure boot phones
attach a full screenshot of the error message you got while trying to flash using software download tool
