I already have a copy of the stock firmware, downloaded it from Umidigi's webiste. Do I still need to backup it up?

One more thing: is there any way to remove (or block) a system app without root? I found a lot of bloatware/spyware apps on my phone's stock rom and I really need to remove them, since I have important data on my phone.

What should I do? Haven't found a single custom rom online.

If the firmware you downloaded from umdigi is for your phone's build then skip backup.
For system app you can try disabling in settings > apps , if it didn't work then you'll have to root.
Lastly, we don't collect links to custom ROMs.

...

best to backup if you can cause you never know if there's more variants of your phone model unless you've actually tested the rom on your phone before
