Could you shed more light on what you mean by user_emmc is not convertible in wwr_mtk?
Are you having issue building firmware after reading full ROM (emmc_user)?

Also, you can try using latest of miracle box (loader version) @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html to backup the firmware.
