After downloading the scatter and trying to format it with spflash tools i got this error STATUS_BROM_CMD_SEND_DA_FAIL (0XC0060003)
Pls what can cause this?

You have to search for the DA file or use the bypass method. 
Note, you shouldn't format a phone with secure boot i.e like yours, so make sure you're formatting only the frp partition when you do.
