hello everyone 
i flashed a tecno c9 and its completely not coming on. the problem was it hang on boot logo when powered on.
after flashing sucessfully with sp flash tool it does not come on again. i have tried all tecno c9 files at hovatek.com but its still not coming on at all

can anyone help me with the stock rom please including the preloader file

Where did you get that 'detail' from?
Does the flashing of each file complete?
