is there anything wrong with your phone?
if yes, what's is wrong and how did the problem start?

I want to root the phone

But no apk or system app cn root it
Now I need d ROM so I can get the recovery and create a twrp using hovatek software


The issue now is there's no working ROM most have virus...after extracting it will finish with error
