I have some 7731C phone that lost GSM signal after using FactoryDownload tool (not UpgradeDownload)
Pls help in guiding me how to restore GSM signal

Note: After using FactoryDownload then UpgradeDownload, it will show error as attached image

what's the phone model?
can you get access to a working phone model same as the faulty one?
