what's the phone?
what was wrong with the phone before you flashed it?
where did you get the file you flashed from? and what files did you flash?

The phone is starlight safari mt6739 androiA 8.1 local phone in my country Algeria it was hanging in logo i found the firmware in Google

attach a screenshot of the contents of the firmware you downloaded
and did you flash all files or some selected files?

Delete factory mode (works 100%)... Phone must be rooted

Do you have a backup of your TEE and NVRAM before flashing?
Does your current IMEI match the one on the phone's back?
Was it the factory firmware you flashed or someone's backup?
