Where did you get this TWRP recovery and was it ported for your phone's build?
Also, Backup your phone's firmware using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

1. Where did you get the scatter file & twrp from?
2. Hope you're not holding any button when connecting to PC for flashing
