I cant seem to find a way to flash this phone, i have the phone's firmware which dosnt have preloader file in it. Hence i cant use sp flashtool or any other tools to flash, always giving me an error. any help will be appreciated

Also note that you need a DA to perform most operations on itel A15.

you need to use the DA file for your model listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23333.html ; you can try using miracle thunder v2.82 @https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13323.html but ensure to first backup firmware from your device before doing so
