[Please help] pin code still available on phone after factory reset(infinix hot4)

my brothers phone, infinix hot 4, which he claimed he forgot the pin has this strange problem, it still asks for pin code even after i factory reset it, any fix?

Which kind of pin code? Can you post a screenshot?

tends towards a faulty emmc chip, but let's see the screenshot first
