Now we have a new Custom ROM based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat called Resurrection Remix For TECNO Camon CX Air. PRE-REQUISITE
1.This will work on TECNO Camon CX Air Device, Don’t Try this in Any other device
2.Charge your phone up to 80% or 70%
You will loose the original ROM or any CUSTOM ROM if you already installed on your phone. So make sure to Backup your phone before doing this step using TWRP or CWM or any Custom Recovery
3.Make sure you have followed the steps properly. Don’t Skip and Read ! – We are not responsible for any damage that you make to your phone.
You can also backup all your apps using Titanium Backup or you can Backup without any Root
You must install TWRP or any Custom Recovery on your phone.
4.Download all the Zip files from below and Place it in your phone’s root of internal memory or external sdcard.
5.After downloading the ROM extract it to your phone using zarchiver and delete the assert line from the updater script which can be found at META-INF/com/google/android/updater script

6.If your TWRP touch not working try to use mouse or philz recovery below.
Here is the Full Guide on How to Install Resurrection Remix For TECNO Camon CX Air
1.First of all, you need to Unlock Bootloader on TECNO Camon CX Air
2.Now install TWRP Recovery.
3.Download the required zip files from below on to your smartphone.
4.Now boot into TWRP Recovery.
5.Go to the wipe section on your TWRP Recovery and tick advanced wipe below and wipe the system,cache,data and dalvik cache of your phone.
6.Then go to the install section on your TWRP recovery and choose the downloaded zip from where you place and swipe to flash.
7.If the flashing process ends flash the download google apps.
8.Then go to the mount option on your TWRP and mount the system.
9.Then go to the advanced option on your TWRP
and chose file manager and delete the following folders and files respectively.
From:- system/vendor/firmware and
system/build.prop
10.Then go to the install option on your TWRP and press on install image below.Then go to where you place the downloaded boot.img and select the BOOT partition carefully and swipe to flash.
11.Then go to the install option on your TWRP and flash the downloaded Network Fix and build.zip file from where you place.
12Finally reboot your phone.
REMEMBER!
#WHAT'S WORKING:-
All the Features that are existed on Resurrection Remix 5.8.5 and also some important other functions are working properly like OTG and so on.
#WHAT'S NOT WORKING:-
1).Fingerprint
2).Earpiece sound not working at all you can use speaker during call.
3).Airplane Mode not turning the phone to airplane mode just shows only the symbol.
