I have tried all methods online on how to switch to 3g only on my Samsung Galaxy c9 pro but all to no avail ,the thing is my friend has same phone like mine but has 3g only option, can't seem to tell why mine isn't.. Below I will add screenshots of detailed information from CPUZ about the phone

How did this problem started?
Have you tried factory resetting the phone?
Are you in the same environment with your friend that uses the same phone?

Check if this option is missing for both SIMs on your phone and if your friend has it for both SIMs

I tried the ussd code *#0011# it took me to service mode.. Both SIM 1 and 2 information.. How can I go about to get the 3g only option

when you select sim 1, is there any option such as 'set preferred network type' ? [attach a screenshot]
did you check if both phones (yours and your friend) are using the same ROM?
