My phone got bricked and stuck on logo, I have been trying to get the firmware for the device but the ones I have been downloading are the originals firmware and it's not working. please I need the cloned firmware because I have been going through the ones available but k7 was not included.

when I tried flashing using sp flash tool with the initial firmware I downloaded, I keep getting responses like;


chip type not match!

Target chip type is MT6582

Load scatter chip type is MT6580

Seems to be a clone.
How exactly did the phone get bricked?

Am not so sure because the phone went off and I charged it but when I put it on it just stuck on the logo that was how I knew it is bricked.

try factory resetting the phone in recovery mode and see if it still gets stuck while booting

Have you tried taking out the battery then doing a factory reset?

Battery is glued to the back see picture.

It does not boot, it is on a boot loop. It starts booting, then shows "Android is starting..." then back to Tecno logo again. Repeating this forever until the battery is 0 percent. Cannot power off, cannot get to recovery it seems everything is corrupt on the nand. I believe a full format and flash will work. No firmware though.

You'll need to look for and try different firmware or a clone Tecno k7 to backup it's firmware.
