When I flash my symphony w69q device using sp flash tool, after flashing I saw wifi says NVRAM error 0x10 something like this and Bluetooth cannot find any network. Then I checked my wifi address and IMEI Number was missing. So I fixed this IMEI Number wifi and bt address using sn write tool. Now my device fixed this issue like NVRAM error. After fixed included issue then I found my wifi and Bluetooth steel couldn't find any searchable network. How I fixed this issue. Please let me know as soon as possible.

try factory resetting the phone
did you use a valid mac address or you just used random numbers?
can you get access to a working symphony w69q without this problem?
