Guys, am trying to unzip the zip so that u can get mine phone PAC file, but I am receiving am error showing file is corrupted

Download might be incomplete or corrupted.
Have you tried extracting using winrar or winzip?
Also, state what's wrong with the phone.

I used ADM downloader to download the file and it was complete.
I used winrar and 7zip and it was showing maybe file is unknown or corrupted.
I used king root to root mine phone, and later itel sent a software update and I decided to unroot mine phone. And I even used factory reset and when I was trying to update the phone it showed me, root detected and I can't update mine phone.

I used 7zip, still receiving the same error.
And the build number of the stock rom is different from mine phone build number

You need to, first of all, try to extract another zip or rar file you have on your PC. If ur extracts successfully, then you have to download your firmware from another link.

Build number of the firmware on Hovatek : ltel-it1516Plus-C195B-20160906

Mine phone current build number: it1516Plus-C195B-5.1-OP-BD-VN-20170121

So, can i flash mine phone with that build number?
