Mt 67xx not supported while loading infinix note 5 scatter files

I input airtel sim on my phone and it does not browze well, it browse for some seconds and stops but other phones browse well. So i decide to maybe change build no or imei, i i learnt about wwr+ sp flash tool to back up my rom but i get error of mt67 not supported on sp flash tool while trying to input the scatter files i created from wwr.

Changing the IMEI and Build no. will not fix network problem, whereas it will even worsen the network issue.
How did the network problem start?
Have you tried a different sim card and switching the network mode to 3G only?

For the sp flash tool error, create a new thread for it and attach screenshot of the error.l you got while loading scatter file.

I have tried 3g sim same thing, even with 4g sim 3g alone did not change it, i change the sims from sim 1 to sims2 port, all the same, but the sims works well on wife's infinix hot 5lite

Does the phone have a valid baseband and IMEI?
For baseband go to settings > about > baseband
State the phone's build no.

I don't think changing IMEI will fix it but you're free to try.
Do you encounter this only with Airtel?
Are you using Airtel 4G or 3G?
Attach a screenshot showing the sp flash tool error you got

answer all the questions
are you able to use other network sims 3G / 4G?
when you switch to 3G / 4G on airtel, you don't receive network signals i.e can't make or receive calls & messages OR you do but you're unable to browse?
