I successfully ported twrp to my gionee x1s But it doesn't read my internal storage, so i cant bacjup, wipe, ir install anything with it. Please what do i do?

Have you tried using an external sd card?

It reads my external sd card. Just the internal memory and because of this it doesn't wipe, backup or flash

Have you tried formatting phone storage in TWRP (ensure to backup important stuff first)

I can't format phone storage with TWRP as it can't read my storage. And if i try to use the normal phone factory reset, it gets stuck in a recovery loop till i flash the stock recovery before it will wipe.

did you get any error message when you tried to format the storage using twrp? if yes, what's the error message?
also upload and post the link to this twrp and your phone's stock recovery
